If you have a basement room, maybe an or office or storage area, and water is getting in, the room becomes unserviceable or unpleasant to use. Stored papers, equipment, stock can become damaged or be destroyed.
If you have a water retaining structure such as a swimming pool, pond, fountain or spa and water is escaping this can damage the surrounding properties and land and increases the cost of maintainng water levels, and its chemical stablity.
A solution is to apply a thin bonded waterproof or watertight render to act as a barrier against the water flow. A 6mm or 12mm render can stop 100% of the water and reduce the passage of water vapour by 96%.
Renders incorporating Ronafix are resistant to damp, water, frost and ice. Ronafix modified renders are therefore ideally suited to use on external walls, facades and surfaces where the render will be subjected to occasional or continual exposure to water and freezing/thawing.
Waterproof and watertight (tanking) renders and screeds can be supplied as site batched and prepacked systems.
