Uniscreed Extra allows semi-thick floating and unbonded screeds to be laid on to insulation and membranes.

 

Being a site batched screed the contractor can mix as much or as little as he needs, when he needs it, which is more convenient - and more economical - than bulk truck mixed screeds. 

 

The screeds dry out quickly, avoiding delays to site traffic and following trades, and permitting quick overlay with vinyl.
