The Ronacrete Group comprises two main centres of operation, Europe and Asia. Each operates autonomously with a short line of communication. This ensures smooth and rapid flow of information through the Company and quick decision making at all levels.

Ownership

Ronacrete is a privately owned and managed Group; the shareholders form the Board of Directors and are involved daily in all levels of management.

The Ronacrete Team

From within each department - Sales, Production, Administration, Finance, Development - team members are encouraged to seek new opportunities for the Company. These include suggestion and discussion groups, cost-saving programmes, sales and marketing innovation sessions. Fresh concepts are welcome. Every member is aware of their ability to influence sales, to serve our customer and of their importance in the organisation.

Expanding Marketing Department

As UK, Europe and Worldwide sales continue to grow, we are building our Marketing Department to maintain and build on our successes.

We are therefore recruiting one key person to work with our Management and Sales Teams to find new opportunities and convert them to sales. Below is an exciting career opportunity for you to come and join the Ronacrete Team. I look forward to hearing from you.

Marketing Executive

Ronacrete Limited, an international brand leader in commercial and industrial flooring and specialist repair and waterproofing mortars for the construction industry, requires a Marketing Executive to work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to implement pro-active initiatives.

These to embrace communications with customers, promotions, direct mail, web site, E-marketing, print, plus research prior to the introduction of new products.

The successful applicant is likely to have a marketing and/or sales background and demonstrate the ability to recognise opportunities and take the initiative. You will be based at Ronacrete’s Head Office and main UK factory complex in Harlow, Essex.

You will also be asked to cover for general secretarial duties and sales order processing during holidays.
