Two distinct types of resin surfacing for hard landscaping are available; Resin Bonded and Resin Bound as described below.
 
Resin Bonded Aggregate
The look of natural stone and aggregate on paths and roadways, in parks and around water features is a welcome break from tarmac, asphalt, block paving and loose shingle. Combined with the safety that is achieved with slip-resistant bonded stone and the benefits of resin bonded aggregate surfacing for landscaping is immediately apparent and visible.
 
Ronacrete's Ronadeck Fast Grip resin bonded aggregate surfacing system offers attractive, decorative stone surfacing which is durable for foot and vehicle traffic, is available in a select range of finishes and is at home on private, public and commercial surfaces.
 
Offering fast curing, self priming, low temperature application and a range of seal coats to protect against spillages, the system allows surfaces to be transformed and trafficked within just hours.
 
 
Resin Bound Surfacing
Blending decorative aggregates with a clear resin binder creates an attractive "concrete" which can be laid as a path, walkway, driveway, pool and pond surrounds.
 
Ronadeck Resin Bound Surfacing provides an alternative resin bonded aggregate and is attractive, seamless, functional and suitable for pedestrian and some vehicle traffic. Ronadeck Resin Bound Surfacing must be laid on to well designed, struturally sound and stable tarmacadam or concrete.
 
Tree Pits
Resin bound surfacing is laid around the bases of trees and other planted areas. These "Tree Pits" combine good looks, bound stones, semi-flexibility and superb porosity, allowing trees to breathe, feed and water. They also deter vandalism, litter, dog waste and disposal of broken glass and needles.
 
The Ronadeck Tree Pit System is fast and easy to lay and surfaces are ready after just a few hours. Additional slip resistance is easily achieved to minimise the risk of slips trips and falls.
 
SuDS
Ronadeck Tree Pit and Ronadeck Resin Bound Surfacing System satisfy the requirements of SuDS.
Resin Bonded Aggregate; small aggregate (0.9-1.4mm) bonded to the surface with fast cure Ronadeck Fast Grip resin

Resin Bound Aggregate; rounded decorative aggregate (up to 6mm) mixed with resin and trowelled onto surface
