A new brochure from Ronacrete Ltd identifies the huge annual cost of slip, trip and fall accidents in the workplace drawing on figures compiled by the HSE. The brochure then describes the range of professional manufactured by Ronacrete to help prevent such accidents.
Products include quick-set floor repair mortars to quickly fill potholes and to form slopes and ramps, floor coatings in a range of colours to help identify and separate hazard and safe working areas in different colours, e.g. red for hazard, yellow or green for safe.
Slip-resistant products are Ronadeck Fast Grip, a very fast curing 2 hour to traffic aggregate finish which is applied as a cold resin and strong aggregate broadcast. Where time or substrate do not permit even a very quick cure product such as Fast Grip, Ronadeck Instant is a preformed solution. Supplied as tiles or sheets they are simply screwed, nailed or glued to the concrete, timber or metal floor and immediately trafficked.
